Appointments

Booking: When scheduling a private session or Rite of Passage payment is accepted in advance. I will send an invoice via PayPal (you do not need a PayPal account to make payment.)

Please note that your booking will be pending until the invoice is paid. That means that your selected time and date will remain open and available. Once payment is received, your booking is secure and you will receive a confirmation email.

Arrival: Each moment in life is precious. Please honor my time and yours by arriving 10 minutes prior to your session, as all appointments will begin and end on time. Arriving late will not result in a rate adjustment.

Cancellations & Refunds

Private Sessions: I set aside the time for our appointment especially for you. If you need to cancel or reschedule for any reason, the earliest possible notice is appreciated. I do not offer refunds on private sessions but you may reschedule your appointment within 30 days of the original date.

However, cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment and “no shows” are not eligible for reschedule.

Workshops, On Going Classes and Events: Unless otherwise stated on the event registration page, you must send an email, and receive a confirmation reply from me in order to receive a refund. I must receive your email at least 10 days prior to a workshop or event.
