Healing Rituals

When you come to me for a healing ritual, I may suggest the use of one or more of the tools listed here as part of your experience. This is just a partial list of the many tools I am able to employ in loving support of your healing journey. As time allows, I will continue adding to it.

Empowering your free will is of utmost importance to me. Therefore, you are always at choice when it comes to accepting or declining my suggestions.

Himalayan Salt Ritual: Himalayan Salt has enjoyed a recent surge in popularity as a healing tool. Himalayan Salt Stones I use for massage contain 84 naturally occurring minerals. The minerals provide a gentle exfoliation on the skin while lending nutritive and balancing qualities to the receiver. Being massaged with the warm stones has a calming effect that helps restore energetic equilibrium and reduce stress.

Aroma Therapy Ritual: Using essential oils to facilitate healing has been practiced for thousands of years. By activating the parasympathetic nervous system they have a natural calming affect, ushering in a sense of peace and renewed energy.

Guided Imagery:  A form of guided meditation that brings calm and opens the way for your innate healing abilities to flow. Through the combination of attention to intentional breathing and suggestive imagery, a profound connection between the physical and energy body occurs and brings consciousness to the kind of shifts that can relieve pain or suffering.

Flower Essences: Flower essences are gentle and subtle in their ability to help shift the emotional body. These are made just for client in an intuited combination to take at home. I use Bach Flower Remedies, which you can learn more about here.

Vibrational Healing: The flow of energy within the body can become stagnant for a variety of reasons. The body’s natural healing abilities are enhanced by the uninhibited flow of energy. The use of things like drums, rattles and tuning forks, interrupt stagnant frequencies and stimulate the return of free flowing energy.

Reiki:

Originating in Japan, Reiki is a form of healing energy that promotes vitality in the body, mind and spirit to restore physical and emotional well being. In Reiki, light energy is activated to balance, revitalize and heal the receiver’s life energy. It is a non-invasive, gentle process that soothes the nervous system.

This list is a work in progress. Check back soon to learn about more of the tools I use in my work!
